return policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after the shipment of your item to request a return, unless otherwise noted. All custom items are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at teamkristyangelee@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return form, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please be sure to email us to ensure the item you are wanting to return will be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or custom made items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SHIPPING POLICY
Our products usually ship within 2-5 business days of your order being placed and payment accepted. Should there be a delay, we will attempt to notify you with the information provided in your order. We ship via USPS and delivery times may vary, depending on USPS and location of delivery. Shipping cost is dependent on total weight of your order, and delivery location.
International shipping charges and delivery times may vary. The customer is responsible for payment of tax and duties. It is the responsibility of the customer to follow up with customs in regards to delayed delivery.
There are several reasons why a package may become lost, or a delivery exception may occur. In these instances, we ask that you contact USPS to further investigate the exception. KAM is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

The shipping cost depends on the destination, the shipping method, and the order amount. Some examples of shipping costs are:

For shipments to the US, standard shipping is $3.99 and express shipping is $12.90. The shipping fee may vary by state and city.

For returns from the US, the shipping cost is the customer's own expense.

For shipments to South Africa, the shipping fee is R150 for orders below R590, and R75 for orders between R590 and R1050.

For express shipping to Europe, the shipping fee is around 20 to 40 euros.

For standard shipping to Australia, the shipping fee is AU$7.95 for orders below AU$89.00, and AU$4.95 for orders over AU$89.00.
