Festive Finances part one
What is your plan for growth? I heard someone say, 'Growth is not automatic.' In other words, if you want to grow, you have to grow intentionally. I have found out that a lot of people don't know how to grow. I was 'a lot of people.' I didn't have anyone to show me how to grow. No one had a growth plan or a development plan in the circle I was familiar with. I started my growth plan with goal-setting teaching. I invested in myself. If you won't invest in yourself, why would anyone else invest in you? My very first area of investment was in FINANCES I wanted to be a savvy single mom in every aspect possible but I had to pick a rabbit. I know there are so many areas you may want to invest in but focus is the key and making a decision and being consistent and disciplined. When I chose to focus on finances, I found myself saving, paying for trips for myself and my boys, paying for my car with no debt and breaking free from government assistance and the potential battles of child support.
